Reservation policy
Youth groups
- Organized, non-profit, youth-focused groups
- Submit reservation requests 21 days-150 days in advance
Non-youth groups
- Weekday reservations
- Reservations accepted 21 days–150 days in advance
- Weekend and holiday reservations
- Reservation accepted 21 days–90 days in advance
Early rental requests cannot be accepted. Reservation requests must be submitted within the correct booking window.
Payment policy
- Full rental fee payment and damage/security deposit is required at the time of booking.
- VISA, Mastercard and Discover accepted.
Cancellation policy
- 50 percent refund of rental fee for cancellations 21 days or more in advance.
- No refund for cancellations less than 21 days in advance.
- Damage and security deposit refunded on all cancellations.
