Legacy Amendment Funding

Dakota County is one of 10 agencies eligible for funding from Minnesota's Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment. Dakota County is eligible to receive funding from all four Legacy Amendment funds — Parks and Trails, Clean Water, Arts and Cultural Heritage,​ and Outdoor Heritage.
