Food Truck Permit

Food trucks must have a permit from Dakota County Parks. Trucks are permitted at reservable facilities.

Requirem​ents

• Copy of state-issued Mobile Food Unit or Mobile Food Handler license.
• Certificate of Liability insurance. Coverage must be in effect on event date. Must include coverage of $1 million per occurrence and $1 million aggregate. Insurance must name Dakota County Parks as an additional insured.

​Obtaining a pe​rmit

Allow a minimum of two weeks for review.
