Dakota County is realigning Harry Avenue and the Mills Town State Trail in Lake Byllesby Regional Park. The project will create a safer trail crossing at Harry Avenue.
Project overview
The project components include:
- Gravel road realignment
- Trail paving and realignment
- Fence relocation
- Dam turbine exhibit installation
Construction updates
- Harry Avenue and the Mill Towns State Trail realignment are complete and open to the public.
- The historic dam turbines have been installed. Expect to see construction crews on site finishing up the installation.
