A non-certified copy is a plain paper copy of a death record. It does not show an issue date or issuance location. Non-certified copies are for informational use only and cannot be used for legal purposes. If you need a certificate for legal use, please go to certified death certificates.

Service and license centers are open for walk-ins. However, making an appointment is encouraged.

First non-certified death record: $13
Each additional non-certified copy of the same record issued at the same time: $6
All locations accept Discover, Visa and MasterCard. A 2.49-percent convenience fee is charged for credit and debit cards on this county service.
