Schedule a WIC Visit
WIC visits are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.–4 p.m. in Apple Valley and West St. Paul. Evening clinics are also available throughout the month.
We also offer two other visit locations in Hastings and Burnsville. Our Hastings clinic location is open the third Tuesday and third Friday of each month. Our Burnsville location is at Diamondhead Clinic and is open one day per month. Call 952-891-7525 to learn more about scheduling visits at these locations.

Call WIC at 952-891-7525 to schedule a visit. The WIC phone line is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments can fill quickly, call early for the best chance at scheduling a same day visit. Interpreters are available.
Items needed for your WIC visit
Below are things that we could ask for during your visit. If you don't have them, that is OK. If you have any questions about these, please call 952-891-7525.
Identification for you and your children
Examples are:
- Driver's license
- Birth certificates
- Passports or other government-issued IDs
Proof of your income
Examples are:
- Recent paystubs for household
- Tax forms
- Medical Assistance cards
- SNAP verification letter
If you currently don't have income, no documents are needed.
Proof of your address
Examples are:
- Driver's license
- Lease agreement
