Schedule a WIC Visit

WIC visits are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.–4 p.m. in Apple Valley and West St. Paul. Evening clinics are also available throughout the month.

We also offer a Hastings clinic lo​cation the third Tuesday and third Friday of each month. 

​Sched​ule​ a visit

Call WIC at 952-891-7525 to schedule a visit. The WIC phone line is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments can fill quickly, call early for the best chance at scheduling a same day visit. Interpreters are available.

​Items needed for your WIC visit

Below are things that we could ask for during your visit. If you don't have them, that is OK. If you have any questions about these, please call 952-891-7525.

Identification for yo​​u and your children

Examples are:

  • Driver's license
  • Birth certificates
  • Passports or other government-issued IDs

Proof of your​​ income

​Examples are:

  • Recent paystubs for household
  • Tax forms
  • Medical Assistance cards
  • SNAP verification letter

If you currently don't have income, no documents are needed.

Proof of your a​​ddress

Examples are:​

  • Driver's license
  • Mail
  • Lease agreement
