2026 Trails & Other Projects
Dakota County will be working to improve several trails and construct two new pedestrian crossings and an intersection in the fall 2026 and spring 2027.
Trails will either be reclaimed (grinding up the pavement with the rock underneath) and repaved or the cracks will be filled and the trail sealed (much like sealing your driveway). All these projects will improve our trail and road system for the users.
Schedules for these projects are subject to change and are weather dependent.
