Recycling Zone Plus
Dakota and Scott counties are parterning to construct and operate a new household hazardous waste and recycling drop-off facility called Recycling Zone Plus.
The Recycling Zone Plus will provide a convenient and cost-effective drop-off location for residents in both counties.
The Recycling Zone in Eagan will stay open after the Recycling Zone Plus opens.
Project highlights
- The new site will accept the similar materials as the Recycling Zone.
- Recycling Zone Plus will also have a Reuse Zone.
- Construction costs will be covered by state and federal funding,
Dakota County landfill fees and Scott County funds.
