• Plat fees can be paid online with no transaction fees.

• $375 per plat or RLS plus $37 per lot, outlot or tract.
• A minimum fee of $900
• Contiguous plat review fee of $525
• Re-examination fee of $375 for plats returned more than twice for corrections.
• Revisions made after initial fee of $170 plus $37 per affected lot, outlot or tract.
• Substantial changes including but not limited to; revised legal description, revised exterior boundary, revised street and/or Block/Lot layout, etc made to the plat, CIC or RLS once the initial review has been substantially completed - New checking fee.
• Contiguous fee not required for replats of lots or outlots recorded within one year.
• A recheck fee may also be applied to plats that have been inactive over one year and become active again.
