• $375 per CIC plus $37 per Unit
• A minimum fee of $670 for Supplemental Plats
• A minimum fee of $1025 for Original Plats
• Re-examination fee of $375 for any CIC returned more than twice for corrections.
• Revisions made after initial check fee of $170 plus $37 per unit.
• Substantial changes including but not limited to revised legal description, revised exterior boundary, revised street and/or Block/Lot layout, etc made to the plat, CIC or RLS once the initial review has been substantially completed - New checking fee
