Capital Improvement Plan

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Dakota County uses a five-year Capital Improvement Plan to prepare for future road construction projects. It implements policies, strategies and investment levels identified in the 2030 Transportation Plan. The yearly plans are available on the Budget and Financial Reports page​.​
