Substance Use Training
Dakota County and the Steve Rummler Hope Network host free substance use and naloxone trainings.
At the trainings, participants will learn:
- Ways to identify individuals at risk for substance use disorders
- How to provide early intervention and treatment
- How to recognize an opioid overdose
- What naloxone (NARCAN) is
- How to give naloxone
