Substance Use Training

Dakota County and the Steve Rummler Hope Network host free substance use and naloxone trainings.

At the trainings, participants will learn:

  • ​Ways to identify individuals at risk for substance use disorders 
  • How to provide early intervention and treatment
  • How to recognize an opioid overdose
  • What naloxone (NARCAN) is
  • How to give naloxone
