Hiring

Business of the Day: Get a booth at any of the CareerForce Centers to meet potential candidates.  It’s a no-cost opportunity to meet with job seekers face-to-face. Email wfcsvc@c​o.dakota.mn.us for more information.​

Minnesota Job Bank: A free online resource to post jobs and search resumes.

Applicant referral: Have qualified applicants referred to you by the CareerForce Center network of counselors and staff. 

Specialized hiring: CareerForce Center staff work with veterans, disabled individuals and many others. 

Job fairs: The annual Get Jobs job fair typically attracts more than 2,000 job seekers. And there are more job fair opportunities throughout the year.

CareerForce Centers can help connect you with resources for your training needs including:

  • GED/Literacy/Adult-based education – English Language Training
  • Incumbent worker training programs
