Adult Probation
Adult Probation Fees
Adults on probation are required to pay one-time probation fees.
- Misdemeanor offense: $282

If you owe a probation fee, you will receive a letter in the mail from Dakota County Collections.
If you were eligible for a public defender or your case is transferred to another agency, the probation fee may not apply, but other program fees may be assessed.
If you were sentenced to the One-Day DWI Program, an additional $125 program fee must be paid. Find out more about the One-Day DWI Program.
