RecordEASE - commercial access to documents
RecordEASE is the county's commercial product for accessing recorded documents. It is maintained by Dakota County Property Taxation & Records.
RecordEASE allows you to search records by legal description, grantor and grantee names, and document types. You can view documents in TIFF format, print to PDF or paper, and track escrow balances.
You can subscribe to a monthly account or pay per session.

Occasional use
You can create an Occasional User account and pay by credit card. Payment is processed via a secure site. RecordEASE and Dakota County don't access or maintain credit card information.
To start an account, go to the RecordEASE website and click on New Credit Card Customer.
Become a subscriber
To subscribe to RecordEASE, an escrow account is required. The following forms must be completed and returned with original inked signature:

Using RecordEASE
RecordEASE is designed for use as a search tool for information on individual property parcels. Multiple parcel data downloads, screen scraping programs or other computer extraction techniques are strictly prohibited. Dakota County reserves the right to deny access to the site by any individual or party determined to be misusing this site.
