​The Dakota County Sheriff’s Office serves only as the auctioneer for foreclosed property sales in the county. The Sheriff’s Office does not provide a list of upcoming sales. Employees of the Sheriff's Office are prohibited from giving legal advice. Consult an attorney on all real estate transactions.
