Community partners
Child and Teen Checkups staff are nurses, community health workers and health educators. We are often asked to table at community sites or present on a health-related topic for children and families.
If you would like a public health team member to attend an event, please fill out our online form. Please submit your request one month in advance of the event to allow for processing. Dakota County Public Health will attempt to attend or provide resources to community event requests. Due to staff availability, scope of work and timing of the event, some requests may be denied.
