Jurisdictional Risk Assessment
Every five years, Dakota County assesses the risks to health, safety and property within the county.
The county determines what the highest frequency and highest impact risks are. The results are used to develop a mitigation plan for the top hazards. The plan is carried out over the next five years.
These results will guide the development of Public Health's five-year training and exercise plan. The 2024–2029 assessment is complete. The county is looking for community feedback. Please review the results and email feedback to publichealthresponse@co.dakota.mn.us.
