Photo Consent Policy

Dakota County uses images of local residents on the website, social media and print materials. At the time photos were taken, each resident completed a photo consent form. If you'd like to revoke photo consent of an image being used, contact Communications by emailing dakotaweb@co.dakota.mn.us. Please include:

• Your name
• Address
• Where the image was used:
  • Web address
  • Name of print material
  • Social media platform and date of post

This information will help us find the images in question and remove them from our photo library.
