Sheriff’s Office seeking information on body located in Mississippi River

The Dakota County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information about Timothy Bryan Standish Jr., 40, who was found deceased in the Mississippi River near Inver Grove Heights on Aug. 14.

Timothy was known to have resided in the Stevens Square neighborhood in the Minneapolis area. Detectives are asking anyone who knew Timothy or has information about his friends, associates, or recent activities to come forward.

Due to the sensitive nature of this investigation and out of respect for Timothy and his loved ones, additional details about the circumstances of the death are not being released at this time.
