Working at the Dakota County Attorney's Office

The Dakota County Attorney's Office welcomes both new and experienced attorneys in our four divisions — criminal, civil, juvenile and protective services, and child support. We also have administrative positions, including legal assistants, paralegals and victim-​witness specialists.

Our office offers a paid law clerk program for law school students. It's a valuable, hands-on work experience through court appearances, research, writing and more.
