Right of Way Obstruction Permit

This permit is for closing a traffic lane or obstructing any part of a county road right of way for non-excavation activity.

Credit card refund policy

All requests for refunds must be made in writing and include the following information:

• Requestor’s name
• Company name (if applicable)
• Complete mailing address
• Daytime phone number
• Refund amount requested 
• Reason for the refund.
