Public comment accepted on capital improvement programs

The Dakota County Board of Commissioners is accepting public comment on the county’s draft 2027–2031 Capital Improvement Program and Regional Rail Capital Improvement Program.

The county’s Capital Improvement Program is a five-year plan for capital expenditures that identifies acquisition, construction and improvement of permanent facilities in the areas of roads, parks and public buildings.
