Recycling Zone Plus Labor Contract

Dakota County is seeking bids for qualified contractors to provide experienced staffing for household hazardous waste collection, sorting and management at Recycling Zone Plus (RZP) in Lakeville. RZP is scheduled to open to the public in spring 2027.
