At Home Library Service
At Home Library Service allows you to have most library items in our circulating collection delivered to your home if you are unable to visit the library due to illness, disability or visual impairment. Depending on your area, deliveries will be made by a volunteer courier or by mail. Dakota County residents of any age may request this service.

Digital books
At Home customers are welcome to explore the library's variety of free digital books, including e-books, audiobooks and electronic magazines. Just log in with your library card. If you need a library card, you can sign up online.
