Painted Rocks

Use your imagination to paint simple designs on rocks. You can leave them somewhere to brighten someone’s day or take them home. Presented by Caponi Art Park. For youth ages 5 and older with their caregivers.

Design and stitch your own felt key tag with your initial. Learn how to transfer a design to felt and hand stitch with the running stitch to make a personalized accessory. Presented by local artist Becka Rahn. Registration required. For youth ages 12–18.

Pinata Making

Join us for cultural learning with creativity. Design and create a pinata using creative methods such as cardboard and paper-based structures. Presented by Corina Pastrana. Presented in Spanish and English. Registration required. For youth ages 10 and older.

Autumn Marble Coasters

Capture the vibrant movement of falling leaves with this mesmerizing acrylic pouring workshop. Use a seasonal palette of burnt oranges, deep crimsons, and forest green–plus a splash of metallic gold for an autumn glow. Participants will learn the dirty pour and flip cup techniques to create a set of unique marbleized coasters where no two are ever the same. Presented by Make with Sam. For youth ages 10–18.

Drop in to give new afterlife to some old dolls. Get creatively creepy transforming Barbies and other dolls into spooky zombies and monsters. Bring your own dolls or use one of ours. For youth ages 8–18.
