Storytime at Paha Sapa Park
Read, play, sing, talk and write together with Ms. Melanie from Burnhaven Library. Enjoy stories and participate in activities to develop early literacy skills. For youth ages 2 and older with their families. Weather dependent. Presented in partnership with Burnsville Parks and Recreation.

Burnhaven Summer Discovery Celebration
Celebrate summer reading and learning with us. Join a naturalist from Dodge Nature Center to learn about chickens as you get up close with a hen and rooster. Pick up a Summer Discovery activity log or bring a completed activity log to choose a free book. For youth ages birth to 18. Presented in partnership with Burnsville Parks and Recreation. This event will be held outdoors, weather permitting.

Explore identity, emotion and creativity by designing and painting your own paper-mâché mask. Learn how masks across cultures communicate meaning and how colors and patterns express feelings. Leave with a unique mask that reflects a part of who you are. Presented by COMPAS teaching artist. Registration required. For youth ages 12–18.
