MLK Reads

MLK Reads is a community conversation around a title by a BIPOC author. The community is encouraged to read the selected title in advance of the event then attend the breakout session to discuss it. This event is sponsored by Clark-Grace United Church of Christ, City of South St. Paul and Pastors in Action.

It occurs every year in the January. 

The 2026 selection was "The Girl I Am, Was, and Never Will Be" by Shannon Gibney.
